Stomping Ground is the most welcoming, supportive, and quirky theater in Dallas! I highly recommend their improv classes if you are looking to get into comedy as a beginner. They are always turning out new show formats. Their clown shows are amazing, and one of a kind in Dallas. They are also a 501c3 nonprofit theater who works with kids, caregivers, and anyone who needs to laugh. Support your community and attend a show or sign up for a class!

My daughter attended Improv Camp there this summer and had the best time. The staff was professional and wonderfully kind. Can't wait to come back!

Stomping Ground is such a welcoming and creative community for anyone interested in comedy. There’s a great lineup of shows (improv, musical improv, standup, variety shows) with a cool theatre space, and they’re BYOB. They do a lot in the community (like improv for anxiety and improv for caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s or dementia) and host community events like improv jams and drop-in classes. Highly recommend!

Stomping Ground Comedy Theater is an opportunity for people to learn, perform, and watch improv. I came to support a friend who just started 8 weeks ago, but there are multiple levels of experience for different shows. I enjoyed the show I saw and laughed a lot. And its BYOB, which is nice too, but they also sell snacks and drinks like water too.

This is a beautiful facility with a wide range of programming in a very unlikely place. you owe it to yourself to take a trip just passed the design district to check out this remarkable theater.when you do go, be sure to tell the parking attendants that you are attending the theater and they will send you right to the lot. I went to see Magic Mike in his family performance scheduled the first Saturday of every month. The show was entertaining, lively, and engaging for everybody in the audience no matter what the age. Being there let me see all the other remarkable improvisational comedy performances, classes, and other events that Stomping Ground has to offer. They also offer classes and events tailored for the neurodiverse. It's pretty cool. Check them out.
