This company has been so great at helping me the past few days. Omar has really went above and beyond for me in my dire time of need. I was in immediate help, locked my keys in my car.. called around and everyone had high prices and long wait times, then I found STR roadside gave them a call and they had decent prices so they sent Omar and he was there fast and opened my door within minutes. Omar was a good honest person and very helpful. Anyone in need of roadside assistance please give him a call you won’t be disappointed. Very nice team! I was visiting San Diego from Vegas and had my car battery die unexpectedly. Not being from here, I had no idea what I was going to do. Thankfully, these guys are available 24 hours! The guy I spoke to on the phone was very sweet and assured me that someone would get to me quickly. They were even flexible when I contacted them back to let them know a good Samaritan had already helped jump my car and I no longer needed their services. I would definitely call them again if I'm in the area and needed it.
