We've been at Strong Heart Academy for nine months with my daughter, and she's grown so much. As a young girl, in her confidence, her toughness, and work ethic, Mike and the whole team do an incredible job at Strong Heart Academy. That goes way beyond jiu-jitsu and just makes them better people, and they have fun while doing it. Highly, highly recommend to anybody wanting to get their kids in a great sport that goes way beyond athletics.

I have been "collecting" studios as I travel. My experience at String Heart was beyond fantastic, from the quick response when I inquired if I could drop in for a class, to how welcoming the participants were, to put a huge nice cherry on top, Kalif was a great instructor. He gave me some fantastic tips on finishing a guillotine and doing a proper Darce! If you are local, definitely enroll here! highly recommended. If you are traveling, it's worth checking them out!
