⚠️ Do NOT book with this studio. I have never worked with such an unprofessional and poorly managed space. Here’s what you can actually expect: • Disorganization from start to finish • False advertising (there’s only one usable room despite what they claim) • Broken props and stains throughout the space • No privacy (my shoot was interrupted, and the staff was still cleaning when my reservation was supposed to begin) On top of that, the booking process is a nightmare. They use two separate portals for no clear reason, which is confusing and misleading—I was even double charged. When I attempted to resolve this with the studio owner, I thought she was handling it with integrity. Instead, she pushed us to book through the higher-priced portal, all while failing to disclose that it made my payment non-refundable. Save yourself the headache and book literally anywhere else.

I've used this space several times and they're amazing with keeping up with everything. Reasonably priced and lots of flashes and backdrops to choose from. If youre looking for a great place to capture images, this place is amazing. Lots of places around to eat after, too.

Now this is what's up. This place is prime to shoot a movie, documentary, video podcast, photoshoot, you name it.. Located near UTA, and it's a great location if you major in media and fine arts, journalism, photography, etc.. The rental on this place is more than reasonable, and my team and I will be renting again.

Shot here on a Sunday morning and it was great- space is open and inviting. Owners provide so many options for light and backdrops and clear instructions on how to use everything. You let yourself in and just clean up when you leave. It also has a cool lobby for greeting or doing interviews. Owners are very responsive and friendly, can't recommend this place enough
