I met Shonta at Irving car a couple months ago….I ran into her again in Garland area and she told me what location she was at. I purchased a wash and my vehicle didn’t get as clean as it should and she took the time out to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I frequent this car wash and today around noon I stopped by for a wash and as I’m going through the wash, I noticed two of the large brushes weren’t spinning, so I started recording just in case it did damage to my vehicle and sure enough it broke my passenger side mirror. It’s not a bad car wash just definitely needs some maintenance to assure this doesn’t happen to any other vehicles. (I also have my dash camera that caught everything on video as well.) *Update the general manager was very responsive regarding the claim for damages and I have been fully paid for all damages.
