I've been to this salon a few times and this time was especially great. Mackenzie listened and cut with confidence. I ended up with more of the same confidence as I left with my cute styled hairdo. Compliments from my friends followed.

“Wanted to give this place a good rating but the haircut is absolutely terrible. I was very verbal and diligent about how I wanted my hair cut. It’s cut so bad that I have to wear different from how I wanted it to be styled. My hair doesn’t even cover my prosthetic ear and that’s what I care the most about when it comes to length. I spoke over the phone in detail about what I wanted and had more than a few reference pictures and with that they had to find a stylist that was better suited for what I was asking for and the person they found to be better suited still didn’t do what was asked, she also made me feel as if she isn’t very LGTBTQ+ friendly! I am very disappointed even more so it seems like no one is being refunded.

I got in super last minute with Sandra for a full highlight because she happen to have a cancellation , and she did an amazing job! Thank you Sandra ! My hair looks and feels great . Super happy with my golden blonde (as requested).
