We used Swadley’s Catering to catering the dinner for our daughter’s wedding reception. The food was excellent and service team was top-notch!! We chose pork tenderloin with apple onion bacon chutney, garlic mashed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts. Everything was so delicious and we’ve received so many positive comments about the food quality! The pricing was reasonable and Dakota, the sales associate was excellent to work with!! If you’re needing a caterer, contact Swadley’s! You won’t be disappointed! They do more than Barbecue!

I hired Swadley's to do the catering for my brunch wedding reception in October 2025. They were fantastic work with! Quick to respond, communicative before and on the day of the event. Super easy to work with, too. Oh, and the food was delicious. My guests particularly enjoyed the hash browns. I would absolutely hire them again for future events.

Really wish I could give a 5 star rating but the service just wasnt what I expected for what we paid… They showed up and set up efficiently but forgot the ice, told no one about the rest of the food being in the kitchen so we ran out and had no idea where the rest was put. They also left the aluminum foil lids and plastic wrap on the food which we didnt know until we were serving food to guests and i was burning my fingers trying to get the aluminum lid off the top. I get you want the food to stay warm but is that not the entire point of the chafers? Food otherwise was good and set up was quick but communication couldve been better.
