Visited this newly opened spot and tried the Hot Chocolate and the Spinach & Feta Melt. The melt was a bit average, but the hot chocolate was actually pretty good. The server was helpful while taking orders, but things moved a little slow — probably because I went during the morning work rush, and it didn’t seem like he was prepping the orders fast enough. The seating and surrounding was amazing though. Overall, a decent place to check out, with room to improve on speed and consistency.

Was great before but the quality has gone down. Matcha was straight milk even after I asked them to fix

Do not get their matcha, it is watered down and doesn’t even taste like matcha. Their caramel latte wasn’t sweet and when we kindly asked if they could add more syrup we ended up getting lectured on mentioning extra sweet before ordering. This was our first time visiting this place, so not sure how we were supposed to know that their coffee won’t be sweet enough. Save your money and try a different place.

I ordered a croissant with egg and cheese through Uber Eats, but it arrived raw. When I contacted the store, the barista tried to help, but I could hear the manager yelling in the background. They asked me to bring pictures of the raw food in person, but since I don't have a car, I asked if I could send the photos via text. The manager told the barista to have me send them through email, but I was given an incorrect address. During the conversation, I overheard the manager angrily asking the barista, "What do you want me to do?" to which the barista responded, "I don’t know." I still haven't been refunded, and I’m shocked by the lack of professionalism.

I like the coffee of the store. There are many delicious pastries. There are many cold drinks choices. The ambiance is very beautiful. It is near from NJIT and Rutgers University. I highly recommend this coffee store for students. It has a variety of sandwiches.
