Usually I get good service but not today. 1. Didn’t show me my oil level 2. Didn’t recommend anything else I needed 2. I had to ask him to put air in one of my tires 3. He forgot and I had to remind him 4. He put air and then proceeded to ask me if I needed air in any other tires… Like no let me leave here with uneven tires. You should check those without having to ask. just left and said don’t even worry about it. Just lazy.

I’ve never written a review for an oil change and I’ve gone here for a while but this service for my last visit was amazing. The new management was extremely outgoing and happy to help. Tommy was incredibly enthusiastic to make this a positive experience for me. 10/10. Super excited to come back!

Wow, what a great experience!! I am a busy mom on the go and I’ve been to several take5s in the city, for many years and this particular Take5 is PHENOMENAL!!! Rob & Braeden were extremely attentive and took the initiative to fix minor things on my car that no other oil change company took the time to address or fix. What may have been easy for them, and seemed like no big deal…was a huge deal for me. What an exceptional pair of employees you guys have here. They go above and beyond to make their customers feel seen, valued and I will absolutely make this my go-to place from now on.
