The Manager here, Shaq, is an awesome human. He went WAY above and beyond for me on a day when they were short-staffed. Thank you for the top-notch service and advice!! When I pulled up to wait at bay one, all three had cars inside and one waiting. I was promptly greeted and offered water. A few minutes later, when the person next to me backed out and another car pulled in behind us, Shaq motioned me to slide over while the person behind waited. That was my first clue things are going well here, they care about fairness. 3 minutes later, I was inside bay two. The team of three was communicating constantly, running a clean shop, and staying positive despite a call-in from their coworker. Shaq took great care of my vehicle, he even showed me how to address body damage. I was on my way quickly, after a great experience. Thank you!
