Tara is amazing! She has been one of the most important people on my journey to health. She has a way to make you think differently about wellness and nutrition. She is incredibly smart and is well versed in all things health . Her approach is simple and not overwhelming and takes the time to learn about you as a person. This approach really helps as she customizes a path forward that helps you and is realistic. I have had other nutritionists but none like Tara. I still meet with her for maintenance to make sure I stay on track. I have lost 50lbs with her help but more importantly she built a foundation that is sustainable to keep these habits moving forward.

I just wish I would've met Tara and worked with her sooner!!! I am finally off the roller coaster! I have tried every fad diet under the sun and I find that if I stick to the rules, they usually work for weight loss. But I'm miserable the whole time and as soon as the weight is off, I ditch the diet and go back to whatever I was doing before. And the cycle continues. Until I met Tara. I wanted to make sensible, healthy, sustainable changes to my lifestyle, and to learn how to think differently about food and eating. This is what Tara is all about. Over the course of 4 months, my weight, body fat, and inches went down, and my metabolism, muscle weight, and muscle quality went up (yes, she'll measure all those things for you if you want!) Changes have been gradual- not radical- but SUSTAINABLE! I didn't feel deprived. I didn't eat gross diet foods or an all-meat diet (yuck). Indulging is ok, but I learned how and when to do it. Tara helped me shift my mindset and feel more confident in myself and my abilities to make the right choices. She is realistic about what day-to-day life is like for most of us, and she offers up suggestions for changes that don't add a bunch of extra time or work to your already busy schedule. I am so grateful for her and can't recommend her highly enough!
