One of my screw became loose and none of my repair kit fitted my glasses. I remembered my son said he came here and fixed his for free. I came in, and a lovely lady assisted me with finding the right screw for my glasses. They didn't charge me for the fix. Thank you so much for fixing my glasses. I will be back soon to get me some contacts. :-)

My screw fell out of my glasses and I was struggling, trying to get it back in on my own. Target Optical (was willing to pay) but Emily immediately was extremely helpful. Quickly stopped what she was doing, was able to fix my glasses! Thx god! Thank you Emily. 10/10 customer service!

I absolutely love coming to this location, the people that work here are always so welcoming and helpful. The optician ( I believe her name is Nicole) is an absolute gem, she always takes the time to make sure my lenses fit well, and are comfortable. Been coming here for years even when my insurance changed they are able to still work with my insurances. I swear I don't even mind coming from out of town. Just because I know the type of service I get, and always with a smile. Thank you for all your help. See you next year.
