Awful! I booked online, left work early to come to my appointment and drove 30 min. Arrived to the place (which also does not look like a legitimate place) and nobony answer. No canceletion notification or anything. No professional at all. Dont come here

Regrettably, I must express dissatisfaction with the service I received. While the staff was courteous, they lacked comprehensive knowledge of tax law, regulations and available options. Despite engaging this firm to handle both my business and personal tax filings, I found myself facing a $13,000 tax debt on my personal return, an unprecedented occurrence. Their explanation attributed this outcome to business ownership, despite it being my second year filing under the same status. As a small business owner concurrently serving in the military, the math just didnt make sense, however, I was assured that the results were in fact those. Motivated by curiosity, several months later I sought the expertise of another tax professional/ accountant to review both returns. The examination revealed significant errors in my filings, necessitating costly corrections and extensive time for resolution that continue to this day. Note: Exercise caution when considering software or template-driven tax preparation techniques. For individuals with complex tax situations, I strongly recommend seeking a second opinion before finalizing your returns completed with this firm.
