We had a very disappointing experience with this tax preparer and would not recommend her services. We initially hired her to prepare our taxes and provided all requested documentation. During our phone consultation, she made a comment that we were “not smart” for starting a business without lawyers present, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate. She then requested additional documentation, including health insurance forms we no longer had access to, and insisted they were required. After we explained multiple times that we did not have those documents, the conversation became increasingly uncomfortable. The most concerning part was when she stated she had “never met us or seen our IDs” and implied that we were claiming children that were not ours. All of the children we are claiming are biologically mine, and the way this was handled felt accusatory and disrespectful. Due to the tone of the conversation, we ended the call and followed up the next morning confirming we would not be moving forward and requesting a refund. Despite this, she continued preparing our taxes without our authorization and refused to issue a full refund. At this point, we cannot recommend her services based on the lack of professionalism, communication, and respect shown during this process.

Had an appointment with Svetlana last night, we shared a phone call for an hour and if I could pay to reverse time I would. She was extremely rude, talked down to me and said "that was not intelligent" for starting my own business myself without a lawyer. SHE CALLED ME DUMB!!! She continued to complain about my situation and not having documents I have never been asked to provide. 1095 to confirm that our kids are actually ours, her comment was I don't know you, haven't even seen your driver's license and told my wife to not get defensive about proving that these are her children. She has not responded to me today about refunding my $350 I paid just to talk to her, no way in hell am I filing with her company and maybe after this review she might get back to me. I'll have my wife leave one next as this lady is the worst person we have ever talked to. I work in customer service and have never known anyone to treat people with such disrespect as this lady did. Save yourself time and most importantly $$$ she's very expensive and has no creativity to make sure you are getting the best return. I have used the same tax guy for years and it was tough with my new location getting it done remote. So, I tried this. Now I'll wait for my original guy even if it takes a year. As long as I don't have to talk to this angry lady ever again. She was referred from someone we trusted and after talking to her it's making us second guess that relationship. HIGHLY HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. STAY AWAY
