Taylor's Rental is the only place that I will go to for these reasons. * A helpful, knowledgeable staff dedicated to excellent customer service *A wide variety of items available for rental for every kind of event. * The fact that they do deliver and pickup the items in their inventory for your event. And even set it up ! I have employed their services and inventory over many different events for many years. They are the only people that I would recommend for the reasons listed above. Rude. Went in on 2/12/25 @11:15 am and walked towards a group of employees behind the counter. Friendly woman asked if she could help. I asked if they rented pump jacks to lift items. Before she could answer, a bald older man engrossed on a computer yelled loudly, "No!" It was so awkward I even joked.'Well, that was fast,' and left. A) Bald guy: Don't take your bad mood out on a customer. B) Perhaps post a list of items you DO rent so that way a pesky customer won't disturb you as you play candy crush. I'll never be back.

First-time renter! I found this place via Google after calling around to several rental services. Taylor’s Rental had everything I needed and more at a competitive and reasonable price. Since the website only provides basic details like measurements and pictures but no pricing, I called a few times with questions about different items. However, I ultimately decided to visit in person, which worked out better for me. While the selection is impressive and covers almost anything you’d need for an event, the customer service left much to be desired. Both over the phone and in person, I encountered unnecessary rudeness from several staff members, which made the experience less welcoming. I also think it’s worth noting that they don’t explicitly tell you this, but the contract you sign specifies that the equipment must be returned at the same time it was checked out to avoid additional charges. This is an important detail that could easily catch people off guard. Despite the customer service shortcomings and unclear policies, I appreciated their wide variety of options and will consider renting again if necessary. Thank you, Taylor’s Rental!
