Do not come here to get your phone fixed. The man that fixed my phone was very disrespectful. ( I wish I got his name) He told me I was being disrespectful by asking questions about the services he provides and what he will be doing to my phone. I tried to explain to him what I needed, he proceeded to PRETEND to fix my phone. When I went to retrieve my phone back nothing was done. He did not fix it on top of that he held my phone and wouldn’t give my device back to me until I paid. We argued in the mall, it was very embarrassing. And I am currently going through a dispute to get my $33 back. I am very upset and he originally did charge me 65 and I had to let him know over and over that I am not comfortable with paying that price for something that you did not complete.

Nathan and Jacob were the men of the hour! I’m really happy with how my iPhone 7plus came out with the new screen and battery, pretty much brand new. I took my girlfriend also so she can get a new phone battery and she was in awe with it because of how much better it is. They’re really careful and steady with the phones and extremely focused, very professional and will definitely go there again if my phone decides to act funny again.

Really great customer service. Steven took really great care of my phone. He replaced the broken screen on it. Asked if I needed any accessories. Super friendly. Do go to them for you phone repair needs. I know I will if I ever need to fix or replace something on a phone or tablet. Mission valley mall in front of hot topic.

Can’t say enough about this place! I have brought my whole family here for years but recently it seems like they have really stepped up the customer service! Ryan was able to fix mine and my wife’s phone in under 30 minutes. We hadn’t even finished our beers at yard house yet and they were both done. Extremely fast, extremely friendly and professional, and my phone was turned from near garbage to like new! My daughter just got the iPhone X and we went straight from the ATT store to the only place I trust with a $1200 phone. Tech Defense.
