Marcus was exceptionally informative and patiently thorough at answering all my questions! They have a vast array of services and products that really suprised me the longer I shopped around their store! "Sincerity and Expertise Superb", and so for that I will be acquiring only their services for anything tech related!! Great job guys!!!

I dropped my laptop off mid-December for a simple top frame replacement and was told it would be ready in just over a week. Instead, I didn't get it back until mid-February; a full 2-month wait. The experience was a series of errors on their end: 1. The "one week" repair dragged into January. 2. Once they finally started working on it, they broke my screen. While they didn't charge me for the replacement part *they* broke, this added significant time to the repair. 3. When the replacement screen arrived, it was sent to the wrong location, adding even more days to the wait. 4. Upon finally getting my laptop back, the "new" screen has visible holes in it. Despite the two-month delay and the damage they caused, I was still charged the full $75 service fee plus the original $75 for the part. No discount or refund was offered for the massive inconvenience. I cannot recommend this place if you need your device back in a timely or working manner. Update: Manager called their own reply "Fake AI" and banned me. Despite the official reply promising a full resolution, he only refunded $100 (not the full amount paid). He explicitly told me he "hopes I have the same problem again and that next time it costs $300.”

I took my iPhone in to remove a piece of the charger that had gotten stuck in the port. The repair was done quickly and for a good price, and the guy who fixed it let me charge my phone after the repair.
