Dominique is the sweetest person I have ever met, she was so kind and helpful, brought a smile to my face to see someone who thrives to make people happy 10/10 (she deserves a pay rise)

I don’t usually review gift shops, but I really enjoyed the merchandise. I told the clerk or owner I like gardening and he was very knowledgeable about flowers.

I visited this store today around 1:45 PM with a few friends. The store itself is really nice – lots of variety, good prices, and honestly, it’s the kind of place where you feel like buying everything. My friends were enjoying it too and even picked up some magnets. But things went downhill because of one person (looked like the owner, an older guy). I picked up something I liked and walked over to show it to my friend in another corner. He came up to me and pretty rudely told me that there are already packed items and I should grab one of those instead. The way he said it, plus the very weird face he made while saying it, just felt so unnecessary. My friends saw it too, and they also didn’t like his attitude. I felt embarrassed enough to put the item back and just leave. The store itself is nice, but that one interaction completely ruined the visit. One star only because of him.
