I came here for the first time and was very disappointed with the intake process. The amount of questions on their forms was overwhelming—many of them felt repetitive, and it took me nearly half an hour just to fill everything out. After answering the same things over and over again, I became so frustrated that I decided to leave before even being seen. For a first-time patient, this was not a welcoming experience at all. A dental office should make new patients feel comfortable, not buried under endless paperwork
