I expected more from a 5 star rated business. Reached out two weeks ago. The quote took a week to get back. Set the appointment for a week later on a Tuesday. Crew said they were on the way for 10am arrival. Then changed that to 2pm. Then changed that from Tuesday to Friday. Then cancelled all together because I told them my customer should be a priority. Business must be good when you can set appointments weeks in advance and then completely blow them off. Photo of text exchange for reference.
