The way they want you to pay is Rediculous. Took hours to get it right. They don’t just accept a card. You gotta do way too much unnecessary crap. Won’t take cash or a business check. Very frustrating. But the driver was great!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Rude & weird employees. Only if I had a choice on who pd let tow my car.. just got my stuff from my car after a week exactly and there were parts from my car taken. Mind you I know how my car looked after I had a wreck. It was stuff hanging from the circuits all in my car like someone been pulling stuff trying to take it. One black man was very helpful and moved pieces out of my car that was thrown in there from the wreck and he helped me get in my car . While me and my sister are getting my stuff 3 yt men walk up arms folded leaning on a car in front of mine just eye balling me and my sister … making jokes and one pointing at us with their thumb. Said nothing just staring until they were stared back at . Most likely they were the people that took parts out of my car. Then when we’re leaving they waved trying to be funny. Overall not friendly people , no customer service, just a mess honestly

Jonathan was extremely professional and friendly on a 3+ hour tow from Roscoe, TX to Dallas, TX after my transmission blew. Start to finish was seamless. Can’t speak enough positivity about the experience amid a stressful breakdown.
