Very disappointed with this experience. We ordered sushi for pickup and received our emailed receipt as usual. The next morning, I received a separate email from Beyond Menu showing an additional $4.31 charge that we did not authorize. When I called Beyond Menu, they told me the restaurant added the charge for sauces on the side. No one informed us there would be an extra fee, and nothing was mentioned when my husband picked up the order. If there is a charge for sauces, that needs to be clearly disclosed before payment, not added afterward without consent. The sushi was fine, but adding surprise charges after the fact is unacceptable. Transparency matters. I will not be returning.
