He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient — diagnosing and fixing my problem in less than five minutes. You can immediately tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. He showed up prepared, clearly explained the issue, and got it done right the first time. When I first contacted Jess, his wife, I honestly did not expect anyone to come out on Christmas Eve — yet they did, with exceptional professionalism and outstanding value. I am so grateful! Called Jessica in tears about our toilet. Eric and Matthew came out to inspect the issue. Eric is very knowledgeable....we thought we had to buy a new toilet ..upwards of $400....Eric figured out it was on recall then looked through our paperwork on our RV and found we had a warranty as well!
