Stopped by to grab some single local beer and cider to try with my girlfriend and found some fun ones. I wish the prices were a bit lower for single beers but still pushed towards getting a 10% discount for grabbing a 4-pack. In any case, a fun shop with a good selection of local brews and wine!
A Couple Drinks
The Barrel and Bottle has an excellent selection of bottles, the bar offers a wide variety of drinks, and the staff is very friendly! However, the cocktails were a bit of a letdown—my Negroni was extremely strong, and my husband's Margarita definitely came from sour mix, which is not great for a $13-$14 drink. Despite that, the atmosphere is inviting and laid-back, making it a great place to relax. Overall, a solid spot, but the cocktails could use some improvement.

This is a cute little bar/shop where you can either sit at the bar and talk to the friendly bartenders, or you can take your drink to go around the market. The decor is cool to look at and they’ve got some unique local drinks on tap. My friend and I both got rice lagers which were different but I liked it! They also have a small shop to buy some wine or cans of beer. Great place to stop before a hockey game.

Every beer on tap is a local brew. Gotta love that a local business is supporting other locals! I tried Land Grant's "Del Boca Vista" which was light but very flavorful. They have a full bar including a good wine list. Best of all, if you find something you like, just walk a few steps and purchase it from their shop. The bartender us the option to enjoy the food we bought at another stand in North Market or serve my beer in a traveller (IYKYK) so could eat upstairs.

Love this place.... Plenty of selections to choose from, all kinds of drinks I've never heard of. We love sitting in this little nook, its a peaceful little area... It's never too early for a spirit... discover at your own risk. It's also nice they have carry out options.
