I love working with them. I been getting bounce houses from them since 2015. They are always on time. If you have any issues they will resolve right away with no hesitation. This year I had an issue with getting another generator (place systems went down)for my sound system. Just so happen he was calling me to let me know he was on his way with the bounce house and I immediately asked him if he had another generator available and I know it’s last minute. He came thru for us. He said I sure do and I just paid the additional cost when he arrived. He was a lifesaver. I will ALWAYS recommend THE BOUNCE HOUSE GUYS. They will always be my first go to place.

So pleased with the Unicorn waterslide bounce house and the guys that delivered and set it up. My granddaughters birthday was a huge hit with this bounce house. The process of ordering online with nothing left to do but wait for the delivery and hook up the hose. Highly recommend this company
