I love this gym! All the coaches are friendly and work with your skill level and injuries! They focus on technique always before going heavy! Each coach gets to know you and are affirming of identities and body positivity!

Everyone at The Brick Gym is wonderful! I was afraid to try CrossFit but my sweet friend talked me into it. That was over a year ago and I’ve been working out there on a regular basis ever since! They can modify any movement if you have pain or discomfort. If you are on the fence about it, you should definitely come check it out!
