I’ve been on service with the Crown Pup team for over a year now and have had a few different walkers for my shy pup. To put it simply - you can’t ask for better care/service. I have peace of mind knowing my dog will be walked by someone who really cares and understands my dog is my family. I’ve run into situations where I’ve cancelled last minute, requested a last minute walk, asked for add on care etc - and each time I am met with professionalism, kindness and understanding. Thank you crown pup team, you are all amazing.

I'm so glad you asked about my experience. Me and my friend went and ordered two beers that's it and she acted like it was putting her out while she was conversating with her friend her friend was nice she had a sour attitude and she really sucks about it she acts like she doesn't want to be there and she was mad because we went in and asked for two beers and that was it she didn't say thank you or come again or nothing very rude did not like her will not go back

Caitlin has been the absolute best with my recuse dog Nellie! I signed her up for basic training with Caitlin and it was the best decision I’ve ever made, not only did Nellie respond so so well to the training she now is able to walk in the group walks ( and LOVES it ). She was so patient and knowledgeable with teaching me as well and how to work with Nellie in a way that worked for us. I still can’t believe ( with consistency ) how quick Nellie adjusted when walking using Caitlin’s training techniques we even get compliments from our neighbours lol! ❤️ I couldn’t recommend more, I added a photo of the sit and stay Caitlin showed Nellie how to do enjoy ! :)

Caitlin or another member of her team have walked our dog Echo a couple of times a week since we got established in Hamilton, sometimes on a pack walk (2-5 dogs) and sometimes just with Echo when she needs some 1:1 time. It is great working with her! We love the pictures, comments on the walk (especially praise for when Echo is at her best), exciting treats and valuable dog interactions that keep our dog engaged. We found it easy to get started after a meet and greet, walks are simple to book for the week ahead, and she and her team are so reliable and trustworthy! Thanks Caitlin and Heather!
