This is a fun place to visit, especially if you have kids. The exhibits are interesting, and children will enjoy seeing the animals up close. That said, it didn’t feel like great value for the money—the place is smaller than expected and can be quite crowded. It’s good for about 1–2 hours of time pass, but not something I’d plan a long visit around. Overall, a nice experience for kids, just a bit overpriced for what it offers.

Great place to see so many different animals. The exhibits are well laid out and easy to navigate. So many birds to view and watch them fly around. This location is 3 stories and so much to see. If you take your time you can easily spend 2 - 3 hrs observing. I loved the penguins so cute to watch them swim outside.

Went through with a group of college age adults. At first I balked at the entry price. But experiencing the quality facility, and all the many exhibits was a true delight. This is more of a mini zoo than an aquarium. It truly is an encounter. Many more animals than I expected to see, and much, much closer than at a zoo. Very busy on a Saturday afternoon, but everyone was very polite and courteous. I saw people of all ages in attendance, and it seemed like every generation was in awe. If there's anything I would ask, it's to stay open a little later of an evening. 4:30pm closing was just too early. Maybe 6?

Wow! This place is AMAZING! I did not realize what I was getting myself into when I walked in. It is HUGE! I think there's technically 4 floors but it felt neverending in the most amazing and complimenting way. There was so much to see. Every time you turn your head you see something new and cool. I saw animals I never have seen before and will probably never get a chance to see again. You can tell they take great care of each animal. We got to watch them feed some of them which was really cool too. It took about 2.5 hours to get through everything.

Our recent visit to the Dallas World Aquarium was an unforgettable experience for the whole family! I went with my husband, kids, and in-laws, and we were all impressed by the incredible diversity of animals. The exhibits feature species from all over the world, but what really stood out to me was seeing so many animals from Central America, the region where we live. It felt special to encounter familiar wildlife in such a well-curated setting. The highlight for us was definitely the manatee; it was majestic and serene, and the kids were fascinated. The staff were also fantastic! They were friendly, approachable, and incredibly patient, answering what felt like a million questions from my curious kids. Their enthusiasm really added to the experience. Parking was very convenient, right outside the aquarium for just $10 for the entire day. That made the logistics so much easier, especially with a big group.
