Had an issue with not being informed online about playing with more people and the room not being a private room, but when we got there they explained we had to buy out all the slots and initially i was upset about it but they apologized and i got a birthday card. the customer service was good and were very polite when we arrived. only thing is online we weren’t informed but when we arrived we were informed so best to do it on a weekday for better luck having a private room other than that the rooms were fun the host was great.

We had a blast doing the Special Ops: Mysterious Market escape room! Scarlett was a wonderful guide and the staff was amazing and so kind. They went above and beyond making our birthday/anniversary date super special, even making us sweet cards. The room was super fun and had a great twist during the game. We did finish in time, but only barely! It was a great challenge. Highly recommend and we will be back!

We did The Heist and had an absolute blast. The room was immersive, well-designed, and just the right balance of challenging and fun—perfect for a group that wants to work together without getting frustrated. Huge shoutout to Elijah, our game master. He was welcoming, energetic, and gave great hints at the perfect moments without breaking the experience. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this escape room, especially The Heist. We’ll definitely be back to try another room!

We did the special ops escape room with one adult and three kids under 10 years old. It was quite challenging, but the kids had a blast. Would highly recommend doing the escape rooms here, they are not as easy as you might think. But it’s great that you are able to use unlimited clues. If you need them, we definitely use a lot of clues.

We had a great time playing The Heist, though it wasn’t quite as good as the Cosmic room. There weren’t enough clues telling us which key corresponded to which lock, and there weren’t a lot of responses telling us whether we got a code right or wrong. We played as a group of three and asked for multiple hints in the process, but in the end, we managed to escape. The host was very attentive and gave very timely responses to our hint requests. It costs forty dollars for first time players, but once you play, you get the chance to buy 20% off gift cards for the future (gift cards don’t expire), or forty percent off if you play again in the same day. Ps: the birthday person gets to play free
