Courtney was AMAZING! From the moment we walked in, she set the tone and made the whole experience even better. She explained everything clearly, kept the energy up, and gave just the right amount of hints to keep us challenged without ever breaking the immersion. She was friendly, funny, and super attentive, making sure everyone in our group was involved and having a great time. The escape room itself was awesome, but Courtney truly elevated the experience.
