Dropped off my kiddos tablet after it stopped charging. The kiosk located downstairs by Zara had a diagnostic ready in less than 20 min and it took 3 days to get a part in and replaced. The part ended up being defective but it had a warranty and Jamal took very good care of answering my questions and concerns and guiding me through getting my kids tablet set right. Would definitely come back, customer service was outstanding!
