We had an amazing time with Chef Daniel at his 3 hour pizza class! We were a group of 19 for a team outing, and it was so thoughtfully prepared. Chef Daniel walked us through all the steps and techniques of making and shaping pizza, and we got to create our own customized pizzas! His timing throughout was great, and I was so impressed by his knowledge and also his ability to wrangle such a large group of us. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a fun group activity! Thank you Chef Daniel!

Our team had a fantastic time at The Foodery for the Team Building Pasta event. The process of making the dough and ravioli from scratch was engaging and fun, and the sit-down supper afterward was delicious. We especially appreciated how accommodating you were regarding the date and time changes, and the vegetarian in our group felt well catered to.

Our design team had a wonderful experience with Chef Daniel at the Foodery. The loft space is bright and cozy with a fireplace and all the accoutrements for cooking and sharing a meal. We loved the team-building aspect of making ravioli together. The instruction was technical enough to require attention to detail, and also foolproof enough to ensure everyone had success pressing, stuffing, and sealing their pasta. I also appreciated that we could bring our own wine with no corkage fee, Chef provided stemware, ice and NA beverages. Recommend!

We did Chef Daniel’s “A Trip to Spain” for a holiday year end team get together and despite learning that it was only offered as vegetarian halfway through the booking process, Chef was convincing enough that it would be a delightful experience. After going through the cooking class/meal, the food well exceeded our expectations and the experience did not disappoint. To the foodies out there with a discernible palate, Chef Daniel’s, patatas bravas, orange fruit salad, paella all stood out as strong winners with flavors texture all super delicious in all their own unique ways. Not only did we all enjoy a delicious meal, but learned a lot of great tips in making patatas bravas and paella. For the meat eaters out there, do not be afraid of the “vegetarian” label, as there are plenty of vegetarian chorizo & meatballs + tofu included that brings a ton of protein to complement the paella. Also note the build up of paella flavors is fundamentally driven by a mix of the sofrito + vegetable stock + onion powder + smoked paprika + most importantly saffron (not from meat or seafood being present). The soccarat was perfect and hits the spot!!! Do not miss this opportunity for a special meal and learning session.

Our small team had an incredible class. Chef was super hands on, patient, shared a lot a context and tips and tricks, and the outcome was delicious. The team really appreciated that they had the opportunity to be truly hands on and enjoy their efforts.
