I would give the clinic itself and the professionals that work there 5 stars. I mostly worked with Jovana and she was amazing- very thorough, always explained everything to me and was never pushy or pressuring. I would definitely recommend coming here for other services. My review is for the Avi Clear laser. If I could give the Avi Clear laser 0 stars, I would. I waited a year to write this review since that is how long it takes for Avi Clear to show full results. I am 37 and have struggled with hormonal acne off and on since I was a teenager. Last year, I decided to try the Avi Clear laser and had my hopes up that this would finally be the thing to give me clear skin. Avi Clear requires 3 treatments and it is very pricey (the G spa is fairly priced for what the treatment costs). After a year, my skin looks about the same, possibly worse. I know procedures can't be guaranteed but I really didn't think there was a chance that I would get no results from this treatment. If you have a disposable income and can afford to take a chance, there's not much to lose. I unfortunately do not, so it was a very big invesment and a really big disappointment.

I’ve had around 10 facials at the G spa now and every person I have interacted with there has been lovely, friendly, professional and knowledgable. I have seen a real improvement in my skin after a course of gentle co2 laser facials and with the membership it’s a pretty good deal! I will be coming back, thank you ladies!

Stopped by to take advantage of their laser special and was genuinely impressed by the entire team. Danielle, my nurse, took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and Meme made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I walked in. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

I would definitely recommend Dr. G and the whole team at G Spa. I turned 40 and came in with a couple of concerns from deeper wrinkles, dullness, redness and texture… Dr Grenier helped me come up with a plan to tackle all of these with a gentle reasonable approach (exactly what I was looking for). No one on the team is going to suggest anything that is not necessary. I could see improvements from the first procedure which was a CO2 gentle laser. That thing is genius! I got my glow back, and already saw improvement with texture. I’ve been going to the G Spa for 3 months now and couldn’t be happier with the results.
