I’ve been here many times and have always had a great experience. Every time I’ve been, the facility has been clean, and everyone- from staff to climbers—has been cordial and respectful. It’s a well-run, family-friendly place that my kids and I are always happy to return to. I also purchased a pair of rock climbing shoes here and received a great deal, which was an added bonus.

Nice, clean gym with a fantastic staff. I didn't try the top rope routes, but they looked good. I think some improvements could be made of the bouldering section, I do agree with other comments that the routes are graded very poorly and could use some improvements. I don't typically rate a gym by its poor use of the grading system, but this gym in particular is really hard, maybe 3 levels off sometimes. Tad harder to teach climbing here as even the V0 can be difficult. Not the biggest deal though, it's still a good spot for a climb!

Jason was really kind and helpful with my two children. We purchased an hour of time with an instructor and the kids had so much fun. Even if a wall was challenging, Jason was encouraging and my girls made it to the top of every one and had fun doing it. They were so proud of themselves. This is great exercise for them and really works their upper body and core.

I took my wife climbing as a birthday surprise. We had so much fun. Ryan, our guide, was really friendly and supportive. For first time climbers like us, we were a bit hesitant at first, but grew more confident with each new wall. The facility was spacious and not overly crowded. We will definitely be back!

This place is GREAT. We had a softball team event here. The staff is the best; knowledgeable, patient. Made the players feel safe and willing to step out of their comfort zone. The facility is immaculate. Highly recommend.
