Olivia is an incredibly gifted massage therapist. Her intuition is next-level — she seems to know exactly what my body needs without me having to say a word. Her technique is amazing, her energy is rad, and every session feels grounding, healing, and restorative. Truly one of the best therapists I’ve ever worked with. In addition… Patty is an absolute gem. Her facials make my skin glow, and her brow game is perfection. She’s warm, skilled, and makes every appointment feel like a treat. If you want someone who knows what they’re doing and does it with heart, Patty’s your girl.

I scheduled at The Hidden Spa, for the first time, for a healing massage, since I was in great need of support during a week of Family crisis. The website has really great descriptions of numerous techniques. The one that most spoke to me was the Indigenous Massage. It was a transcendental experience. Felt spiritual upheaval, then joy, then a silent calm. My muscles were holding all the anxiety of turmoil, and Hulu, my treatment practitioner and owner, did really precise deep tissue work to alleviate that. Also worth mentioning is that I was greeted so gently by Hulu. There is a lightness and friendliness there, that definitely holds spiritual power. I felt supported, and his strength definitely transferred to me during the healing. It’s a gift. Definitely recommended.

Hubby and I went to get massages while vacationing in San Diego. Best day of the trip. Massages were great. I got a facial too and it was amazing. They offer other wellness services as well. They surprised us with a little cake and cider for our anniversary. It was a really special experience. Pretty sure we’ll come back next time we’re in town.

This place is worth more than what they are charging!!!! I booked my sister a 60 minute Swedish massage for her birthday and they went above and beyond to make it special. Though I had mentioned to them that it was her birthday gift while scheduling the appointment, I wasn’t expecting anything other than possibly a happy birthday. However, they surprised my sister and I when they hung up decorations and provided two pieces of cake with a side of sparkling apple cider in a mini private room (pictures provided). I was shocked and I can’t express how grateful I am for them! Plus, my sister loved her massage and felt so relaxed after. They truly live up to their name because this is a hidden gem that deserves so much more recognition!! Thank you!

What an absolute experience!!! I came to Ocean Beach, CA for a little fun in the sun and found this beautiful hidden gem! I have never in my life had a facial treatment before and I tell you it was absolutely amazing! Patty was my aesthetician and she was kind, sweet and explained everything during the treatment. The atmosphere was more than tranquil, it was absolutely blissful!. I highly recommend coming here and enjoying the same experience I had or even better. Everyone is warm. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable of holistic healing so if you’re interested in relaxation and good energy, this is the place to be!
