Doesn't respond to maintenance emails. Doesn't respond to anything actually. I reached out multiple times this year via his website and an old email I had on my email account. Also called and left multiple VMs. I ended up finding someone else that did respond, it definitely wasn't Kyle or Michelle.

Kyle and Amy were very helpful when I decided to purchase a hot tub. After visiting the bigger showrooms and comparing prices and support....I'm glad I decided to purchase an Aspen Spa with The Hot Tub Man. Delivery timeline was as they described, and the setup and support have been great. ANYONE in the market for a hot tub should give them a call and check prices/service.

I am soooo glad I chose The Hot Tub Man to purchase a refurbished hot tub from. I had it narrowed down between two companies, but ultimately felt I was getting better customer service from THTM!! Not to mention they offer a better warranty than their competitor! Kyle went above and beyond to get my hot tub up and running and we're in love with it!! Michelle, has been great with communication and sending information needed. I would not hesitate to recommend these fine folks!!

When you have an issue such as a leak on your hot tub it can be very scary. We called the Hot Tub Man to come out and take a look. They know how to work with any warranty company and also are knowledgeable on all types of tubs. This set us at so much ease and Kyle was able to come out and troubleshoot the issue and find a solution in no time. I highly recommend the hot tub man for any service as not only are they knowledgeable and professional but get the job done with ease to the customer. Thanks Hot Tub Man!!!

If you want to pay double to triple the cost for parts, this is the place to go. Found all the parts they charged me for on line for half what they charged me. Pump cost me 485 from THM, and 297 was the HIGHEST price I found for it on line. Pressure switch for 40 dollars; I finally ordered it on line for 15 bucks. This is part prices only. They misdiagnosed the problem, so now I have a new pump (OK, it was old, but still, it didn't solve the problem). Then, they decided that they had too many customers to look after, so I'd just have to wait my turn. Nice enough people, but I feel screwed, and I won't recommend them.
