Such a great place. My partner and I were in Houston on vacation and were looking for something to do. We checked You Tube and spotted this place. It was hot but, I guess because of the high roof, we were very comfortable. Lots of fruit, vegetables, plants and too many other things to mention. Since we were on vacation we didn't really go there to buy anything. I just like the vibe places like that have. I did buy a couple of plants that I hope survive the trip

I absolutely love visiting the Houston Farmers Market! It’s one of my favorite spots to shop for fresh fruit, vegetables, herbs, and teas. Everything is vibrant and flavorful. On my recent visit, I purchased the most delicious ginger and turmeric honey from The Honey Man! A perfect blend with a rich, soothing taste. I also couldn’t resist picking up some beautiful custom jewelry from The Beaded Chandelier. Each piece was unique and crafted with such care and creativity. If you’re looking for a warm, friendly atmosphere and high-quality products, the Houston Farmers Market never disappoints.

Don’t come if you cannot speak Spanish lol. The quality of fruit is very different among different stands. So definitely sample a few. Small passion fruit is great (don’t buy big one, probably two different brands)
