I had a great first experience at the Joint. The staff friendly and prompt, and answered my questions about membership thoroughly. I saw Dr. Craig Eymann, he was fantastic. I felt supported, heard, and well taken care of. I signed up for one of their monthly packages (much more cost effective) and look forward to my next visit. Thank you, Almaden team!

Since I started going to the office located at The Plant shopping center on Curtner my experience has been excellent. The Doctors and front desk staff are amazing! If I had been rating the Cherry Ave. location by Bass Pro or the Santa Maria, CA office, my rating would have been 1 star. Pick your primary office carefully!

My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM today due to persistent and significant collar bone pain. I made a substantial effort to be punctual, but the entire check-in experience was frustratingly disorganized and deeply disrespectful of my time and my condition. The problem began immediately with the front desk attendant. Despite the office being empty and the attendant completing a call, I was left unacknowledged until I initiated the check-in process myself. My expectation was not even for high respect, but simply for the attendant to perform the minimum courtesy of recognizing a new patient who is clearly in pain. The attendant seemed highly unorganized and set a tone of unprofessionalism from the start. I was directed to complete a lengthy, highly personal electronic intake form, which significantly delayed the start of my care. Crucially, the attendant failed to provide any heads-up regarding the length of this form or the expected flow of the office. A simple explanation of the process or a warning about the potential wait could have mitigated my frustration. Instead, while I was actively completing the required forms, two separate parties arrived and were directed straight back for treatment, effectively skipping the line. This disorganized and inefficient process resulted in a complete waste of 30-40 minutes of my scheduled time, forcing me to sit in pain unnecessarily. To be openly ignored while I prioritized making the 11:00 AM appointment is frankly unacceptable. It is disheartening to think of skilled doctors, who spend years studying, potentially losing patients because of such poor front-office management. The current check-in system and attendant behavior severely degrade the patient experience.

I visit this location for my regular chiropractic adjustments with Dr Paul or Dr Yi. Both Doctors are very helpful, qualified and kind. I receive relief immediately after an adjustment. The proper alignment of my hips, my neck and my whole spine makes such a huge difference in the way I walk, move, sleep and feel. I highly recommend Joint Chiropractic on Cherry. It’s a great location with very capable staff.
