After returning a brand new Crate and Barrel Lounge sofa that was saggy, creaky, and losing hundreds of feathers, I came across this store after reading reviews. The shop is beautiful, and apart from the countless comfortable sofa options, they have a lot of cool decor as well. We had a good idea of what we were looking for and after a few questions, Richard pointed us over to the perfect sofa. I was surprised at how customizable their sofas are. We chose the width of the arms, seat depth, width of the sofa, and type of arm. The price is comparable to RH/Arhaus furniture but the quality much higher and the sofa was built in 2 weeks! I also love the cushions—they feel like down but they are completely feather free. No more being poked! We have had the sofa for a couple months now and could not be happier with it.

This is a class act family business with great service who makes even better sofas. Good, fast, inexpensive, they say you can only have two … but The Joneses put that old adage to the test. A custom top quality sofa, made quickly (2-4 weeks! Fabrics of your choice! Custom dimensions!) for a reasonable price. It’s not inexpensive but amazing bang for your buck. I’m a huge fan.

I got my new sofa from The Joneses LA last month, and I couldn’t be happier with it. It fits my living room perfectly—honestly even better than I expected. The store had such a great selection of furniture and decor that it was hard to choose just one piece! Everyone there was super friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. Delivery was right on time, smooth and professional, and the sofa looks even more stunning in person than in the photos. I’m already planning to head back soon to pick up a few decor items to match.

I purchased a couch from the Joneses back in 2016 and I just have to say it is maybe the best sofa I have ever had in my life! My kids have jumped all over the frame, built forts with the cushions, climbed all over everything for almost 10 years! The cushions remain firm and supportive TO THIS DAY. The construction of these sofas are nothing short of remarkable. I will never buy a new sofa from anywhere else!

The airy, light feel when entering ‘The Joneses’ immediately captures my senses and my ideas are unleashed on how to turn my living space into an oasis. The lights are delicate but so Perfect for the jungle room at Graceland in Memphis and Adam the proprietor somehow reminds me of Elvis! Handmade sofas in the USA boast delectable fabric that is velvety and smooth with colors that capture the essence of my imagination and visual creativity. Maddie who works with Adam is lovely and takes the time to discuss your room accent needs and wishes. There is also an abundance of wonderful energy in this place and I can feel everything has been made with good vibrations and love. This is officially my favorite home decor boutique in Los Angeles!
