I have been coming to the lash doctor dominion location for about 2 months now, and I have no regrets or complaints. The owner Rebecca is very sweet, down to earth, with amazing energy as well as very knowledgeable in lashes and products. Stephanie always does my lashes, in mega volume and I walk out every time feeling like a full on baddie afterwards. I am full on obsessed with the pink theme, and products/merch.
