Had a 4:30 appointment and didn’t get started until 5:09. I respect that shops get busy, but communication matters. If clients show up late, it’s an issue—so the same respect should go both ways. On top of making me late for opening my restaurant based in Los gatos , I was still expected to tip.I value my time, so I’ll be going somewhere else.

This is an exceptional barbershop staffed by true artists. I’ve been looking for a quality cut for five years, and Diego finally delivered the best one yet. He’s an awesome guy, and the rest of the team is just as impressive; I watched them treat every haircut like a methodical work of art. One barber in particular worked with the precision of a surgeon. Even with a 30-minute drive each way, the experience was totally worth it. Huge thanks to Diego!
