Wow! I am so impressed with this company. The communication throughout the job was phenomenal. I texted and received back a response on a Saturday night after an unexpected leak from our hot water heater. Once my appointment was booked, I always knew right when a technician would be arriving, and they were punctual and friendly. They squeezed in our assessment and installation on the same day to get us operational again! Excellent work from an excellent team!

Great company! We have a rental property in Columbus and our sewer was backing up. Got 3 quotes and Local Plumber's was by far the most reasonable. The quoting process was quick and efficient, Travis kindly walked me through exactly what they were doing and was patient in answering all my questions. They were able to get the new sewer liner installed in a day with minimal disruption to our tenants, and sent me a video upon completion. They made the entire process incredibly easy to manage from out of state. Would definitely work with them again.
