Since I bought a e-bike from the New Wheel I have been nothing but happy with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at the The New Wheel. Kansas, Jacob, Robert, and Elan at the Leimert Ave shop are super knowledgable, patient, and kind. Ditto with the service center staff in SF. I can't recommend this shop enough if you are considering buying an e-bike.

Both Jacob and Kansas were both so easy to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable about electric bikes and listened carefully to me about what my needs were and what was important to me in a purchase. They had lots of great suggestions and worked with me all through the decision-making process until my final choice of e-bikes without ever pushing unnecessary items. I had a great experience that was fun instead of stressful. Even though The New Wheel isn’t the closest bike store to me, it will definitely be my go-to store for everything bike related.

I was recommended The New Wheel by a friend and I fully understand why. First of all, the New Wheel is locally owned and I love that. I bought my bike directly from one of the Owners, Brett. They had the tools to measure me and make sure I was buying the perfect bike for me. Then when there was a delay in the shipping of my bike from the distributor, they communicated perfectly. Kansas in particular was great. Kansas set realistic expectations of why my bike was delayed was honest to me and then told me truthfully of when my bike would arrive and then communicated so professionally and well. This is a great bike shop, everyone in the bike shop is good at what they do. They are not pushy, they take their time with each and every customer. Highly recommend. These guys did a stellar job assembling my electric trike. They were all friendly, professional, knowledgable, skilled and generous with their time and with their pricing. The bike seems to be solidly assembled.They communicated their concerns about safety (I'm an old guy) and gave me excellent tips on riding this strange machine. I am extremely satisfied with their service.
