The location is in the midst of the Crypto arena and going on any game night is wild. The venue was nice and simple. The staff really weren't great. A pregnant woman was trying to just get some sip of water, and the bartender forced her to wait in the crazy line. I was confused as I dont think anyone would have cared at a Neil Tyson talk. So that bartender, he obviously wasnt my favorite. The other staff also made no effort as if they were lost why they worked there. Lol. So I cant give Novo a good review. My first experience made me not want to ever go back. Okay the seats were tight and the show started late on top of it all. So a lot of reasons, none to promote. Sorry. Great show with Neil and cast.

1st time upstairs. It was great. There's no bad seat. Downstairs has no seating. Sound is great. Excellent music venue!

We had GA tickets. This venue is a place that's perfectly scaled for your guests to feel connected with the entertainers! I had been waiting forever to see Borns! This was the perfect venue! Also the bartender was excellent!!

Very clean space and well organized! Security was great and line to get in the venue went pretty quick. The pit management was a good surprise, bracelets were given for in-out access. I had enough space to dance around and move freely, never felt crammed. I was very happy they capped the pit. The only thing is that the volume was WAY too high. I wore filtered earplugs all night, and had a buzzing ear for a few days after. Other than that pretty fun experience!

I was in town recently and saw CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso at The Novo (they were amazing!). It was my first time at this venue, but have seen many shows in and around L.A. when we lived out there. I reached out ahead of time to ask about accessible seating options for my daughter’s special needs and Gaby, the Operations Manager, said she would help the day of the show. When we arrived and spoke to her, she was eager to assist and helped us get situated. The staff all around were attentive and friendly. We would definitely return to this venue because it was such a great experience! Gaby even checked on us during the show and we couldn’t have been more pleased! Thank you!!
