I had an amazing experience with their service! They were incredibly efficient and had my bike ready for me in no time—just one day! I’m truly impressed by their skills and confidence in fixing bikes. If you’re in need of repairs, I have no doubt they can handle it!

Had a really good experience at The Off Ramp a few months ago when I went in to have my super old bike from the 80s repaired. The owner (apologies--I forgot your name!) was friendly, offered a really reasonable price for the repairs, and the service was super fast. I think my bike was ready to pick up the very next day. He also took the time to explain a few things to me as a new biker and even installed a bike basket I bought there for me when I realized it would give me some trouble. Definitely going back there in the future for my bike needs!

I came in on a whim to potentially get a second bike. I was impressed by their selection and how great their prices were. I couldn’t resist picking something up while I was there. They were great in helping me and the lady went out of her way to help me make a decision. She gave me two bikes to test ride and they’ve got a parking lot to ride around in. Ultimately went back in and picked up a 20” bmx bike. The guy working at the station helped to install pegs and adjusted my seat perfectly. The whole rest of the day I’ve just been riding. Thank you guys!

I usually do my own my repair unless something major fixes or tools that I don’t have and need the shop assistance. I support local bike shop and willing to pay for labor charges but it can be expensive here sometimes. Make sure to ask question and also check the price of the parts online. They will match the online MSRP price so you are not paying overprice items.

We were looking for a replacement bent seat post and a missing pedal crank arm cap nut for a used bike we purchased through Facebook marketplace. Unfortunately, we found it hard to find replacement parts because many of these bike shops are ignoring a huge market for refurbishing older bike models. After 3 bike shops and Dale hardware, we ended up at the Off Ramp in Santa Clara. The store manager who was working the service department immediately found our parts and provided the cost to fix the issues. After a few minutes, our bike was as good as new. Surprisingly, we found an Off Ramp sticker on our bike confirming that it was probably purchased there to begin with. Anyway, we highly recommend this shop for their ability to service older bikes. They do carry newer bike options too but they don't ignore the needs of older bike owners. We truly appreciated no hard sells towards a new bike. We just wanted to get our newly purchased used Blazer Biscayne back on the road. In the near future, we expect to return to The Off Ramp shop to repair or replace our bike collection.
