We visited The Old Crow on the afternoon of January 1st. A male bartender (older man with glasses) and a female bartender kicked out a man in a wheelchair because he entered the bar with his service dog. Under federal law (ADA), service dogs are permitted to enter such establishments. However, both bartenders were seemingly under the impression that federal law apparently does not apply to The Old Crow. During the entire ordeal, both bartenders, especially the woman, were incredibly unprofessional and even used foul language and flipped me off as we exited the bar. Several other customers approached us, saying that they were absolutely appalled by the employees’ disgusting behavior. My advice to The Old Crow: consider hiring trained and professional employees. While we have had many great memories at The Old Crow over the years, we cannot in good faith continue patronizing a bar that essentially publicly discriminates against individuals with disabilities. That being said, I do not recommend The Old Crow to anyone.

Love this place. Dart area needs a little more lighting. Service drinks, staff, and patrons are awesome.

Old Crow is a good bar. Service was quick on a Saturday night. Drink selection was good in terms of tap beer, liquor, and canned options. For someone from out of state it was nice to see a White Claw for the first time in Dallas. Staff was excellent and dealt with the intoxicated and loud crowd with ease.
