We have used The Party Helpers for two SJSU Marching Bandgiving lunches, which always take place on the SJSU football game weekend right after Thanksgiving. Feeding more than 100 college marching band students, staff, and our director after a 2½-hour band practice is no small task, yet The Party Helpers consistently deliver. They provide delicious food that fills everyone’s stomachs and lifts their spirits. The quality of their food, their attention to decorations and setup requests, and the professionalism of staff members like Luis and Carlos are truly outstanding. They are one of the best catering companies I have worked with in my 30 years at SJSU. The Party Helpers should absolutely remain an approved vendor for SJSU.

Several months ago one of our close friends died unexpectedly. It was necessary for my wife and I to prepare food for an in home service for 30 people. We had less than 48 hours to prepare for this event. Antoinette and Haley helped us with every aspect --- food, drink, ice, tablecloths, serving tables, staff, etc. Everything was on time, on budget, presented beautifully and delicious. The staff was efficient, helpful and friendly. We will definitely will use Party Helpers again---hopefully for a happier occasion. We highly recommend them without hesitation.

I wish I could give The Party Helpers ten stars for over and above anything that can be imagined for catering, party set up and decorating including beautiful flower arrangements. The communication is excellent, set up is first class with all the enhancements they offer and the staff really knows what they are doing. The owner Kristin, takes special care to work with the hosts to make sure you get what you hope for and more. The display and service personnel are top notch and you will feel like a guest at your own party. The food is delicious and beautifully displayed and served. The clean up is all done by the staff. Bravo everyone. We have hired this company over and over and from excellent they just get more and more excellent.
