I brought my scared dog here for a wash and cut and the groomer insured that my puppy felt comfortable with her and safe. I’ve never felt so at ease leaving her in someone else’s hands. Thank you for the amazing service will definitely be coming back soon!

I have been coming here for years, been through an owner change and continued to bring my dog here for grooming, however, I will not go back due to their poor customer service. The shop is in a bad parking lot, hard to park, gets busy quick and is extremely tight when navigating in and out depending on your appt time. The inside of the shop is small, cute, clean. I schedule all grooms relatively far in advance, they send a text notification where you're asked to click a link and confirm information is updated (pet name and payment method). I have never received a text when booking that included a confirm your appointment option, never been late, or missed an appointment either. There have been a couple instances where I wasnt 100% happy with the service but the haircut was decent and I didnt wish to change locations and disrupt my dog with a new groomer, however, this past weekend I stopped caring about that. I had a 630am appt booked for over 7 weeks. I got the initial text to confirm information. I showed up at 630am and immediately knew, no one was there. I tried the door. Confirmed no one there. I texted, sending my appt text message. 5m and no response, so I called, and the tone of the owner was off putting. "We saw your text but you called" She said I never confirmed, which I advised I never got the option and she said I should have received a text the day before as well to confirm, never did. Now, this system of theirs has been an issue before (it also texts when your dog is ready, I've waited hourssss and no text where i had to call and they claim shes been ready) and they know it, so your flawed system, flawed and you canceled my appt assuming because I didnt "confirm" I wasnt coming. I have NEVER missed an appt let alone been late to one. She goes on to tell me she can have someone come get my dog in 15m but no groomer will be there for another 1.5hrs basically. I immediately decline the offer to leave my dog kenneled down there longer than necessary and she asks if I want to reschedule. I decline. I follow up with a text describing the recent events and advise I wont be returning, of course, no response, no offer to make it right, nothing. Ive since found a new groomer. Like i said, it wasnt all bad, the haircut was always nice, but the customer service skills could use work, quite a bit actually. You're a business focused on customers who leave their pets in your care afterall.
