We worked with Rental Brothers for the Alzheimer Calgary Walk & Run this year, and they were absolutely fantastic to work with! They provided all of our tents, tables, chairs, heaters, and picnic tables ... everything we needed to bring this large outdoor event to life. Despite the snow and chilly weather, their team was incredibly flexible, professional, and responsive to all our last-minute changes. They handled everything, even unexpected challenges, with grace and efficiency. Their generous sponsorship of additional picnic tables was also so appreciated and a huge hit with participants! I am a small business owner here in Calgary throwing an event by the seat of my pants. No experience no plan and dude level organization. One call to these guys I got a quote in minutes with links to approve quote. The rental cost me less than I expected. The professional crew delivered everything with loads of time to spare and picked up the day after. I never got to meet these event super heroes as I was away working totally uninterrupted with the need to be present for drop off and pick up. The entire transaction was conducted remotely and was flawless. Solid communication every step of the way. Helpful friendly reminders to double check commonly missed items with the projector. We had such a great experience with organizing, scheduling, and attentiveness. Unfortunately the night before our wedding there was a significant storm, but in the morning the Rental Bros were already doing their rounds to ensure the safety and integrity of the tent. Everything was on time, efficient, and excellent communication. Could not recommend enough! We had a large amount of changes in our rentals, to quantities, specifications, and even payments, but nothing was missed!

Rental Brothers provided all the equipment we needed for our 160-person backyard wedding. Les was very easy to work with, and always had a big smile on his face whenever we saw him set up with his team. We made multiple changes to our order as we figured out the wedding planning, and Les was always patient and accommodating. Even on the day of set up, we realized the space was too small for the originally intended two 30'x30' tents, so Les worked with us on the fly to find a solution for one 30'x30' tent, one 20'x30' tent, and one 20'x20' tent. Compared to other rental companies that we got quotes from, Rental Brothers was cheaper & more pleasant to work with.
