I was scammed and ignored for like 5 minutes waiting for my ginger ale then a bartender had the audacity to curse me and my friend out and upcharge me after the fact when I never got my first ginger ale to begin with. Completely unprofessional scummy. 2 dollars for the first one that I didnt get then I had to ask for a new one. And to pay for my first one I had tk wait for the bartender to stop flirting with this guy for like 5 minutes just to not get it because "we don't accept tap pay" but then they accepted for someone else. Completely unprofessional and should only come here for the music

My friends and I went to see System of a Clown (SOAC) last night at The Ritz, and they put on a great performance. They played a lot of awesome System of a Down songs and mixed in short mini-songs from other artists, which kept things fun and interesting. The crowd was energetic and in a great mood—the mosh pit was swirling like a tornado, but thankfully there were no fights. The opening band, El Guapo, did a decent job warming up the crowd for SOAC. Their set was all instrumental, with some backing tracks for vocals and sound effects. Personally, I prefer live vocals, but they still delivered a solid performance. My only real complaint was about the bar. We ordered Long Island Iced Teas, but they were served in small plastic cups. These drinks are usually served in a Collins glass or at least a tall plastic cup, so that was a bit disappointing. Overall, though, it was a fun night of great music and good vibes.

Went for emo night/ new years and it was so much fun! The drinks were pretty pricey and in small plastic cups buuuut the live music, staff and vibe were great! I would share that the bathroom is up front next to the stage down a hallway and let me just say, it gets very hot and sweaty. I suggest get in, do your business and get out. All in all, a 4 out of 5 stars.

Came here on 10/20 to see the band Warbringer. The staff members were pretty awesome to deal with. Me and my girlfriend ordered plenty of drinks and the bartender Craig really spotlighted for us. He was friendly, politely talkative, attentive, and quick. He also made the yummiest drinks! It’s really important when there is a good balance between alcohol and sweet- he delivered both with our multiple requests every time. I asked some other questions about the venue and he was able to convey all the information swiftly. Sorry if this sounds like AI I’m just drunk I k the bathroom. Thanks Craig for enlightening me and my girlfriend’s night better than other bar/venues.
